  • Phone / WhatsApp number
  • Investment sector and target region
  • Budget and type of operation envisaged
  • Any information provided in the "Brief" field

We do not collect any sensitive financial data through this form.

3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is used exclusively to:

  • Qualify your investor profile and criteria
  • Identify matching land opportunities
  • Contact you to progress your file
  • Improve the quality of our advisory services

Processing is based on your explicit consent, given when submitting the form. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.

5. Data Sharing

Xvestora never sells, rents or transfers your data to third parties for commercial purposes. Your information may only be shared with:

  • Our regional land partners, strictly within the scope of your file
  • Licensed Moroccan notaries and legal experts, if necessary

6. Retention Period

Your data is retained for a maximum of 3 years from your last interaction with Xvestora, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise or consent is withdrawn.

Xvestora implements appropriate technical measures to protect your data. Communications are encrypted via HTTPS (Cloudflare SSL).

In accordance with Moroccan law 09-08, you have the following rights:
